CONGREGATION at KOBITO 2 church in east Honiara were shocked on Sunday morning after discovering their power mixer went missing on Saturday night.
Speaking to the Solomon Star on Tuesday, Esther Mae said, the mixer was locked in the church building.
“Some thief may have climbed through the window and remove that mixer.
“This is the first time this had happened in this community and we are unhappy,” she added.
She said, the mixer and other instruments always stayed there nothing has happened to it until last Saturday night.
“We condemn such attitude and appeals to everyone living around Kobito 2 community to watch out for this 16 channel mixer. If anyone discovers it somewhere please return it to us because it is for the work of God,” Mrs Mae said.
“We pray that God will open your eyes to show respect towards such church property.
“We strongly appeal to those who are responsible to remove the property to return it for the work of God.”
