THE eight contestants for the Miss Pacific Islands Crown this year were issued with their number placement and their specific speech topics early this week.
Miss Solomon Islands Elsie Polosovai is Contestant Number One and her speech topic is ‘Education.’
The speech category is one of the categories in any MPIP and any pageant, contributing to a contestant’s final score and ranking.
The contestants’ placement and interview topics were announced during a press conference coordinated by the reigning Miss Pacific Islands Moemoana Schwenke at the Honiara Hotel.
The Miss Pacific Islands pageant contestant placing and speech topic for the 2025 MPIP pageant are as follows:
Contestant Number 1 is Miss Solomon Islands, Ms Elsie Polosovai and he speech topic is Education.
Contestant Number 2 is Miss Samoa, Ms Litiara Ieremia-Allan and her speech topic is Culture.
Contestant Number 3 is Miss Tonga, Ms Racheal Guttenbeil and her speech topic is Tourism.
Contestant Number 4 is Miss American Samoa, Ms Pauliana Felise-Vitale and her speech topic is International Relations.
Contestant Number 5 is Miss Kiribati, Ms Kimberly Tokanang and her speech topic is Social Economic Issues.
Contestant Number 6 is Miss Papua New Guinea, Ms May Torowi Hasola and her speech topic is Health.
Contestant Number 7 is Miss Nauru, Ms Charlei Andrianna Deiye and her speech topic is Sports.
Contestant Number 8 is Miss Cook Islands, Ms Ngatepaeru Marie Maoate and her speech topic is Environment and Climate Change.
