PROSECUTION has been ordered to serve disclosures to the defence, Wednesday.
This was in relation to the matter against Jackson Seni, who faces one count of simple larceny, one count of resisting police arrest, and consuming liquor in public.
The accused is in custody and his appearance was dispensed off yesterday.
Principal Magistrate Fatima Taeburi extended the accused’s remand warrant to January 27, when he is expected to appear again in court.
Seni was accused of stealing $300 from a man early last year.
Police also charged him for drinking alcohol at the Honiara Central Market area in October 2011.
He allegedly resisted police arrest but was later arrested and placed in custody.
The accused is represented by Daniel Kwalai of Public Solicitor’s Office.
