CENTRAL Islands Province will mark their provincial second appointed day in Tulagi, Monday next week.
Acting provincial secretary Henry Limbo said preparations for the commemoratory event have been progressing well.
“Some of the preparatory work includes setting up the venue, cleaning around the capital and finalising groups that will take part in the program,” Mr Limbo said.
He said coinciding with the commemoration will be the official opening of the province’s new administration complex.
He added that some officials from Honiara will be attending the event.
