LOCAL tourist destination Dive Munda has been shortlisted for the 2016 Luxury Travel Guide Global Awards.
This was according to a statement from the organization this week.
“Dive Munda is super proud to announce that we have been shortlisted for the 2016 Luxury Travel Guide Global Awards,” it says.
According to the statement, the tourist destination was nominated based on various criteria.
This includes, Service Excellence, Local knowledge, Online visibility, Marketing and Branding, Employee satisfaction and Cultural understanding and Diversity.
The announcement also comes as welcoming news for the tourism industry of the country.
The Luxury Travel Awards recognise and celebrate excellence across all sectors of the affluent travel and tourism industry.
“Our team of experts have scoured the globe and travelled extensively in order to identify everything from the very best hotels, airlines and tour operators through to highlighting the most reputable transfer service companies,” a brief of the award stresses.
