THE Solomon Islands Rugby Union Federation (SIRUF) Rugby 7s Teams have received a timely support from the DJ Graphics as they gear up for the Oceania Sevens Championship next month in Honiara.
DJ Graphics sponsored shirts for the SIRUF Rugby 7s Squads for their training for the tournament scheduled for December 7 and 8.
Solomon Islands Rugby 7s Men’s Head Coach Phillip Campbell, upon receiving the support from the DJ Graphics, acknowledged the valuable support which he said will boost their training.
“On behalf of SIRUF, we appreciate DJ Graphics for your continuous support, which will greatly contribute to the squad’s preparations to represent the country at the upcoming Oceania competition.
“The management and players are very grateful for the training shirts. Thank you, DJ Graphics, for stepping forward again to support our training squads,” Campbell said.
With the pools and draws for the tournament finalised, Head Coach Campbell said their focus has now shifted to finalising the men’s and women’s teams listing before entering camp this weekend.
The camp will also prepare the team for a week-long Australian Defence Force (ADF) programme, which are crucial to their preparedness the Oceania Rugby Sevens tourney.
