POLICE are on the lookout for the driver of a white Caldina car which was involved in a traffic accident at the Kukum highway Wednesday morning.
According to the Police Media Unit (PMU), the car was driving down Vura road, heading eastward when it crossed the road and eventually bumped into two other vehicles, an onrushing hilux and a tree tone truck.
The driver however fled the scene after the accident, with the Police on Wednesday mounting a man-hunt for his arrest.
Police also revealed that fortunately no-one was injured during the accident, however have yet to locate the driver of the car.
All three vehicles have been apprehended by Police for investigations.
Meanwhile Police have also resumed its routine traffic check for vehicle license and registrations and also for driver’s license.
