THE prisoner who escaped from the low security facility at Tetere early last month is still at large.
Correctional Services of Solomon Islands (CSSI) is still conducting its operation to locate the prisoner, whilst the Royal Solomon Islands Police (RSIPF) is on standby to assist.
The Police Media confirmed that police are ready to assist the CSSI if they are called upon for their assistance.
The CSSI also confirmed it is relying on their Intel to supply it with information on the whereabouts of the prisoner.
The life time murder convict Hency Bosalia from Reko Village in Northeast Guadalcanal escaped from the Tetere Correctional Centre on 2 November.
Bosalia was serving life imprisonment for the murder of Joseph Mara at Mbokokimbo Bridge in Guadalcanal on 23 December 2011.
Communities around North East Guadalcanal have been urged to support the CSSI in its search and surrender the prisoner as such operation is not easy.
The prisoner is also urged to surrender himself to the CSSI or Police.
