MORE exciting Telekom S-League matches are set for football fans and supporters in Honiara with the competition entering round 11 battles starting at 2pm this afternoon at the Lawson Tama stadium.
KOSSA FC will take on FC Guadalcanal in the opening match, to be followed by wounded Marist FC up against West Honiara FC at 4pm.
After having two weeks break KOSSA FC are expected to put on their best performance against the their opponents today.
FC Guadalcanal on the other will be considering to take revenge in this clash since KOSSA beat them 2-0 in their first encounter.
However, fresh from their hit back victory against Malaita Kingz FC last weekend, the Luke Iroi coached side will be hungry for three points this afternoon to make their way up the ladder.
Then at 4pm, a badly wounded Marist will be eying to regain some pride in their clash against West Honiara after being humiliated last weekend and on Wednesday against TSL powerhouse Western United and Solomon Warriors.
United thrashed them last Saturday with six unanswered goals before Warriors FC further stabbed them with another eight unanswered goals last Wednesday in their final round one catch up match.
West Honiara after playing nine matches with only a single win and two draws will be aiming high to pick up three points against Marist FC in order to make their way up the ladder.
Meanwhile, TSL matches will continue tomorrow with another two exciting battles.
Malaita Kingz will take on Real Kakamora FC at 2pm to be followed by TSL league leaders Solomon Warriors and Koloale FC at 4pm.
