CHIEF of Taiwan Technical Mission (TTM) in Honiara Douglas Moh led agricultural specialists last month to Western and Isable provinces to promote agricultural cooperation extension work.
In Western, the team visited the Training Centre Reclamation & Cultivation in Vavanitita Community, Paradise Community, and Goldie College School.
The visits allowed the team to conduct and guide the national plan for Paradise community and Vavanitita Community farm cultivations of rice and vegetable, as well as traction machine repair and to guide Goldie College School farm production.
The Taiwanese mission said it is also organising a farming cultivation technical workshop in Munda.
In Isabel, the team visited Kava, Kolotube, Folo, and Junihara community farms where they donated equipment.
They also provided seeds to farmers, as well as applying comprehensive farm cultivation workshop in Buala.
Mr Moh also presented Kava Community Solar lights.
