GHANAIAN Bishop Dag Heward-Mills, the Founder and Presiding Bishop of the United Denominations originating from the Lighthouse Group of Churches, arrived in the country on Monday.
Hundreds welcomed him at the Honiara International Airport as he arrived with the message that ‘’Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, tomorrow and forever.”
Based in Accra, Ghana, Bishop Heward-Mills is set to connect with local members of his organization in Honiara for the evangelism programme.
This is the first time for Bishop Heward-Mills to host his Healing Jesus Campaign in Honiara and in Solomon Islands.
The event is scheduled from February 26 to March 2 and promises five nights of miracles, healing and salvation.
Bishop Heward-Mills invites the Honiara community to attend the event to witness the power of God and the miraculous change that comes with faith.
With free admission, attendees are encouraged to invite their family members and friends to this transformational event, which aims to spread hope and encouragement.

In short interview with Solomon Star, Bishop Heward-Mills expressed his excitement about his visit.
‘’Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, tomorrow and forever. I’m looking forward to meeting our members here in Honiara and sharing in the joy of faith and fellowship. This campaign aims to uplift spirits and instill hope in those seeking healing and divine intervention in their lives.”
The Healing Jesus Campaign will be held at the Lawson Tama Stadium, providing ample space for Honiara residents to gather and experience the miraculous work of faith firsthand.
With the promise of testimonies of healing and deliverance, the event is poised to be a significant moment in the history of the church in the Solomon Islands.
