Two young futsal teams, the U12 and U14 kicked of their competition at the Australia State championship in Sydney, Australia with positive results.
They won three matches and lost one in total.
In their first matches the U12 defeated their rival South Australia 7-4 while the U14 went down to Victoria with a close margin 3-2.
However in their second match the U14 bounced back to defeat New South Wales 5-1 while the U12 added their second victory defeating Victoria 8-3.
The results will no doubt motivate and give confidence for the two teams to takes on their next opponents today.
Fixtures for today will see U14 takes on Queensland Metro at 10 am and New South Wales Country at 4pm while the U12 will only have one game against New South Wales Country at 3pm.
All matches for the U12 are hosted at Dural Sport Centre while all U14 games are hosted at Penrith Sports Centre.
