Teams from around Guadalcanal intending to take part in the upcoming Guadalcanal Cup have been urged to pay up their registration quickly before the deadline.
Francis Loxie of the Guadalcanal Football Association (GFA) told Star Sports only two teams have paid for their registrations while most are yet to do so.
The registration fee per team is $1000.
All registrations will close on September 10 so teams are asked to make all efforts to pay up before it is too late.
Late registration will not be accepted.
The Guadalcanal Cup will give the opportunity to select players for the upcoming Solomon Cup scheduled for next year as well as a venue to select players for the FC Guadalcanal team in the Telekom S-league.
The Guadalcanal Cup competition is scheduled to kick off from September 24 to October 8.
The venue is yet to be confirmed.
