The Honiara Netball Association (HNA) will continue with the third session of the pikinini clinic this Saturday June 4 starting at 8am.
The clinic which started two weekends ago saw a good turnout of around 50 young girls ranging from six to19 years old come out and have fun learning netball.
“The turnout of the girls last Saturday was very good.
“It was also very exciting for us to see the enthusiasm shown by these future stars.
“We are also so happy to see parents of the girls stay around to watch and support and we hope to see them come back again this Saturday,” said the President of the HNA Executive, Shalom Akao.
She thanked Swire Shipping and Yarra Valley Netball Association for the balls and bibs that are now being used during the Pikinini clinic.
“Without the balls and bibs, we would not have been able to host the pikinini clinic, so for that, we are truly grateful for Swire Shipping and Yarra Valley Netball Association for the support”, she said.
The HNA Executive President also wanted to remind all to bring lots of water and parents to bring lots of positive encouragements when watching and supporting.
The final Pikinini clinic will be on Saturday 11 June 2016.
