HONIARA Senior High School set to expand its classes after the completion of its infrastructures under rebuilding project.
The expansion includes Design Technology, Food Technology, and Computer science for Form six and Form seven students.
School Principal Mr. Allen Siosi Ketei highlighted this during the school’s graduation ceremony last Thursday. His speech was delivered by Ms. Nayleen Lae.
He said upon the completion of the buildings the school will expand its enrolment with the inclusion of Design Technology, Food Technology, and Computer Science for Form 6 and Form 7 students.
“The expansion goes in line with our aim to provide quality education for the students,” he said.
Honiara High School has the highest enrolment compared to other schools.
“We believe in giving our students a second chance to excel in education.
“Not every student is expected to excel academically, thus we have to provide a venue for them to identify their potential and be able to look after themselves after leaving the school,” he said.
He acknowledges Aid Donors for their support that will enable the school to achieve its plan to expand classes.
