Isabel Province is all to set and prepared to go ahead with the national general elections this Wednesday.
That’s according to the Election Manager for Isabel Ruben Dotho Junior.
In an interview with the Government Communication Unit (GCU) Mr. Dotho said that they have received all their equipment’s from Honiara and will soon deploy them around the province in the coming days.
“We are currently have a few trainings going on for the Presiding officers but overall we are ready and all set to go.
“Isabel Province has a total of 69 Polling stations, in which 138 polling assistants, 69 presiding officers and 3 Returning officers will manage it,” Mr Dotho said over the weekend.
Mr. Dotho also said that the elections results for Isabel Province should be announced around 4th April.
