THE Isabel provincial government on Tuesday has taken delivery of two story building complex from the ministry of provincial government and institutional strengthening.
Isabel provincial premier James Habu confirmed the build cost more than $2.8 million.
The construction of this administration complex started in 2012, but due to some challenges, it has to take three years before it was actually completed, Mr. Habu said.
“I am happy and thankful to the ministry of provincial government and institutional Strengthening for the many findings that you have rendered to my province.
“The total money received to complete this complex is $2.8 million.”
He said this complex will help a lot to accommodate his office and all of his admin officers.
“Indeed this building is an icon building here in the provincial capital Buala and thank you DCC government through ministry responsible for giving us money for this project.”
Minister for the ministry responsible, David Tome, said that DCC government is happy with the building.
“I bring you the greetings from the DCC government upon the official handing over of this building as one of the achievements of the province,” Minister Tome said.
“May you enjoy this complex and hope to see you and your officers taking care of it to service its purpose,” Mr. Tome said.
