LOCAL music sensation JahBoy says his international tour through Australia and the South Pacific region was impressive and the concerts have been great.
In an interview with the artist following his return from his Fiji tour last week, the young artist said the tours were great as he has an experience that is full of many challenges and achievements as an artist.
“The tours are great and it is good to finally come home for a break to spend time with my family and friends.
“But honestly, it was a very nice experience and I am happy meet some of my fans whom I only met them online and not in person.
“It is also great to see my fan base growing too,” JahBoy said.
The Solomon Star understands that he returned home to be part of the Sara Beer’s First Anniversary and also performed last Friday night, at the Cowboys Bar and Grill in Honiara.
He said the highlight of the international tours was the opportunities he has in working with other artists and promoters overseas.
“From opportunities in marketing and music production, it is good to meet and work with my friends from overseas.
“I have learned a lot from the trips though,” he said.
Meanwhile, JahBoy will be leaving for Guam again this week to be part of the HAFA ADAI FESTIVAL of ARTS.
He will perform alongside other international artists like Fiji, House of Shem, Conkarah, Sammielz, and many more.
The festival was created to bring together pacific island nations through music and arts so that people may help share other peoples artistry and talents with each other and the rest of the world.
