The Governor General of Solomon Islands Sir David Vunagi has declared Honourable Jeremiah Manele as Solomon Islands’ new Prime Minister.
Honourable Manele won with a total vote of 31 over Matthew Wale’s 18 votes.
Jeremiah Manele becomes the first Prime Minister in Solomon Islands’ history from the province of Santa Isabel.
