JOB creation is key to economic growth and a solution to heightening social problems.
Outspoken member of Malaita Ma’asina Forum (MMF) Henry Ata stressed this during an interview.
Enforcing his strong believe on his statement, Ata referred to similar rhetoric’s highlighted by US president Barrack Obama who he said had called on world leaders to create more employment opportunities to sustain and enhance economic development.
Ata said MMF will continue to encourage government, private sector, stakeholders and communities to create jobs and engage the young energetic population of the country participate in economic activities which in turn will boost development in the country.
He added in order for our economy to grow we must engage participation of the young population who are energetic and productive in all walks of economic activities.
This is vital for economic growth and in turn improves the standard of living of everyone.
