After successfully complete the purchasing of the Kakabona church land in 2015 work on some of its projects had started.
The Church members have started to make plans on how to develop the church compound.
Two of the projects that the Kakabona church members have planned to implement on the first quarter of 2016 are:
1. Children’s Lamb Shelter. This is a children’s lamb shelter for worship. Currently all the children have worship together with the adult. In the past weeks the Church members have spent some days in cutting timbers in the bush. At last on Sunday 6th March, all the Church members, youth, Adventist men, Dorcas, and Pathfinders/Adventures and supporters have worked together to start placing the posts and foundation of the new three room children lamb shelter.
They thank God and all church members and visitors who come and support the project.
2. PA system: Kakabona church members have started to raise funds to purchase an urgently needed PA system for the church. The church has aimed to raise $10,000.00. They have already raised $3,370 through marketing of food along the main road which is still continuing. There will be a free will offering/envelope distributed and collected on lesson 13, Sabbath of this year’s first quarter. All church members are asked to support.
