KOSSA FC bid farewell to one of their long time supporter, the late Stephen Otainao who was called to rest in Honiara yesterday.
The KOSSA club management and team shared their heartfelt condolences to the family of late Otainao.
“The club management and team would like to render our sincere condolence to the family of late Stephen Otainao who God has called to rest.
“KOSSA FC recognizes the support and strong influence late Stephen Otainao has rendered to the club and also to Football in the nation.
“To late Stephen Otainao’s son, Charles who is a former KOSSA FC player and an outstanding futsal player, we wish you God’s peace and comfort during this time of sorrow.
“God’s peace and comfort to the immediate family.
“Indeed, this is a loss for Solomon Islands football fans,” they said.
Late Stephen Otainao is the father of former Kurukuru player and a former national men’s football team player, Charlie Otainao.
