Former O’league representatives, KOSSA FC has sealed their victory as the HFA premier league champions finishing off with 27 points.
This was confirmed following another impressive 6-1 win against CDL Lekas FC over the weekend.
The final victory totals all wins to nine, two defeats from 11 games played.
Sitting on second spot is the TSL champions and former HFA premier league champions, the Solomon Warriors FC with 23 points with one match left.
Warriors were the leaders mostly throughout the entire competition but were overtaken by KOSSA in the recent two matches.
Northern United sits on third place while former HFA champions Koloale FC sits on fourth.
United has completed their rounds but Koloale has one more match to go giving them a chance to regain the third spot.
It is a must win for Koloale should they aim to regain the third position and it is also a must that they hit an all time high score to compete with United’s goal difference which sits at eight points difference.
Meanwhile discussions are still on for division 2 and division 1 whether to continue with the second round or not.
