DEAR EDITOR – RIPEL does not have any right to sell or make claims over any land beyond Alligator Creek, east Honiara.
From what I understand, Levers the former owners of the land had transferred all that land over to CEMA.
I have documents to prove that and I don’t know why is RIPEL, a company that was formed to make business in Yandina, trying to do by claiming ownership of the area and try to sell the land.
Patrick Wong and Whiteside should stop their claims over the land. Properties that were part of RIPEL claims if they defunct on their payments never included this piece of property.
You two should stop or we the traditional owners will force you to stop. What you are doing is daylight robbery and theft.
Patrick Wong and your agent should shop selling land it was never yours in the first place.
I want to warned individuals not to buy land offered for sale by RIPEL or Levers.
These lands have already been given to CEMA and cannot be claimed by RIPEL.
