ANY decision to build a new agriculture in Auki to replace the burnt one will be made by the Cabinet.
Minister for the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Augustine Auga said there are no decisions made after the old office was burnt.
Malaita’s agriculture office building in Auki was torched last week.
“I will have to take this matter to Cabinet to deliberate on. I understand that an agriculture office is vital for the province which is focusing heavily on agriculture as one of its economical aspects.”
Auki police have already arrested some of those suspected of carrying out the arson.
