Malaita Premier Peter Ramohia and his executive will meet Auki police this week to discuss a business establishment operating what’s called “cyber war game” in the provincial capital.
An Asian is running the business, which Ramohia said was illegal.
Ramohia said his executive has already revoked the business licence of the Asian last year but he seems to be still operating.
He said the revoked licence was illegally issued by one of the provincial workers without the knowledge of the executive.
“This foreigner continues to breach the laws of the province by his illegal operation,” Ramohia said.
The Asian had used a local to operate the business.
Deputy premier Alick Maeaba said they’ve informed the local to close the business but he chose to ignore their advice.
He said Malaita will not tolerate that kind of business operation so they will do everything within their powers to close the business.
