MALAITA Province Rugby teams are being finalized and are ready to compete in the upcoming Solomon Games rugby tournaments next week.
Speaking to star sport, Malaita Rugby Union Association (MRUA) President David Otto confirmed the final selection for Malaita rugby teams for both men and women have been done.
He said the squads have now settled and are in their final preparation and ready to travel to Honiara this weekend.
Some of their players are already Honiara and will join the provincial based players upon their arrival in Honiara,
“Yes, we have already done final selection for the Malaita Rugby squad for both men and women.
“They are ready to participate in the Solomon game rugby tournaments.”
“The teams are expected to travel to Honiara this weekend.” Mr Oto said.
