A man facing an attempted murder and fire-arm charges will enter his pleas this Thursday, in the Honiara Magistrates’ Court.
Enoch Kodo was supposed to enter his plea yesterday but since his lawyer was not present in court he will do that on the next court date.
He told the court his lawyer informed him he was sick and unable to attend court.
Magistrate Augustine Aulanga told Kodo that since his lawyer was not present he will be arraigned (plea) on the charges against him on Thursday.
His lawyer will then informed the court on the type of committal hearing to be conducted don his case.
The charges of attempted murder and in possession of fire arm without license are in relation to the allegation in July 2013 at Kinoso Village in South Choiseul.
He allegedly tried to shoot the alleged victim with a fire-arm due to some differences between them.
The alleged victim is related to the accused.
Private Lawyer Hubert Fugui is representing Kodo while Public Prosecutor Bradley Dalipanda represents the State.
