Ministry of Health and Medical Services (MHMS) will start mass COVID-19 testing by going to communities soon.
Ministry of Health and Medical Services, Minister, Dr Culwick Togamana announced this in the health daily Covid-19 update, Tuesday.
“Ministry of Health and Medical Services will start Covid-19 mass testing and will start going to communities to test you and advise you to self-isolate.
“We will start with the high risk zones,” Dr Togamana said.
He advised everyone that if you see more number of cases of cough and fever been reported from your communities to isolate yourselves and inform 115 or 25256 and health team will prioritize testing in your communities.
“Do not panic we are all in this together and we must face this current situation together.
“Protect yourself, stay at home and do not go out. The vaccination teams will come to you. So please get vaccinated,” Dr Togamana said.
