Wards six and nine within the Baegu/Asifola constituency in North Malaita is set to receive building materials through their grants under the constituency funds.
Materials are being shipped to the constituency on Monday.
Member of Parliament for the constituency, Augustine Auga said materials delivered are sourced from various grants including housing scheme project, rural livelihood fund and others.
He said this continuous support to the people with their money is an annual thing and will continue on next year.
“Other wards already received theirs and this part of the year is wards six and nine’s turn,” he said.
Mr Auga thanked constituents for their understanding and patience, urging those yet to receive theirs to remain positive.
“You are not forgotten and I will not let you down.”
Amongst materials shipped are for clinics and schools also.
