LIFE saving medical supplies have begun arriving in Solomon Islands from Australia this week.
Australia is working in partnership with Solomon Islands to address the current shortage of medical supplies and to avoid stock outs of essential medicines in the lead up to and during the 2023 Pacific Games.
A statement from Australian High Commission in Honiara said the Australia High Commission was at Honiara International Airport on Monday to help upload the medical supplies.
It said the supplies were officially handed over to the Ministry of Health and Medical Services yesterday for delivery to the National Referral Hospital.
