MOONWALKERS Floor-Ball Club (FBC) remain at the top of the standing table of the Solomon Islands Floor-Ball League (SIFL) Men’s Mix with 27 points after round 11 of competition.
Moonwalkers FBC maintain their top spot after securing 9 wins in the 11 matches they played so far.
Their 9 wins earn them 27 points, which is two points above the second position holders, SINU Knights. SINU Knights have secured 25 points.
USP Bullets are on the third place with 23 points, which is two points above the Renegades FBC who sit the fourth spot with 21 points.
SINU Panthers are on the fifth spot, also with 21 points, after securing 7 wins and 4 loses in the 11 matches they played, while Ha’arosia are on the sixth place with 15 points.
Uncles are on the seventh place with 9 points, while UNIX on the eighth place with six points. The Bosconians on the 9th spot, having secured no points due to their 11 straight defeats they suffered since the league commenced last year.
Matches will continue this weekend at the Multipurpose Court.
Meanwhile, SIFL has confirmed the training dates and times for all teams and clubs participating in the league.
The trainings will be held two days a week – Wednesdays and Thursdays – at the Multipurpose Hall.
The Wednesday training runs from 5pm to 7pm for the SINU Knights, Moonwalkers, Renegades, Uncles and Bosconians and on Thursday at the same time for the SINU Panthers, Unix, Haarosia, USP Bullets and Bosconians.
New players who are interested in this sport are however advised to attend training on both Wednesdays and Thursdays.
