The vaccine gender distribution record shows more males received the vaccine compared to females.
The Ministry of Health and Medical Services (MHMS), Technical Adviser, Dr Yogesh Choudri highlighted this during the Covid-19 talkback show on Sunday.
“More males have gotten the vaccines,” Dr Choudri said.
He added female 46 percent and male 54 percent.
Therefore, with the vaccine gender distribution data, MHMS encourages females to come forward and get their vaccinations done.
“We would encourage the female to come forward and get their vaccinations done,” Dr Choudri said.
