MEMBER of Parliament (MP) for North West Guadalcanal has urged his constituents to set aside political differences and collaborate for the advancement of the region.
This appeal follows the High Court’s recent dismissal of an election petition filed against him by former MP Bodo Dettke.
“It’s time to work together and forget the past,” Sade stated.
The election petition filed on August 13, 2024, had posed a challenge to Sade’s legitimacy as a leader.
However, with the court’s decision in his favor, Sade is now calling for a renewed spirit of cooperation among constituents to facilitate development in the area.
“Open up development in the constituency, especially land for investments in agriculture, tourism, and other sectors that can enhance our community’s welfare. This development is not just for us but can also contribute significantly to our national economy.”
By prioritizing collaboration over division, he believes that the constituency can achieve its goals and forge a brighter future for all.
