Mt Horeb SDA church Dorcas on Sunday visited flood victims at the Honiara city Multipurpose hall to feed them.
About 15 members of Mt Horeb Dorcas lead by elder John Maetia visited the flood victims.
The recent flash flood had destroyed many homes and left thousands homeless.
Mr Maetia and his group were part of the Honiara SDA churches that went out on Sunday to deliver mix goods and food to the flood victims.
He said they were able to visit flood victims of Henderson areas who were affected by the recent flooding.
“We feed them with the cooked foods we take with us, and share God’s word with them,” he said.
Mr Maetia said the victims really need support in terms of food and drinking water.
The victims were pleased with the visit and received the gifts and food given to them.
