EVIDENCE will be heard in a committal hearing today in relation to the murder of two men on the Guadalcanal plains early this year.
The long form preliminary inquiry on the case of Henry Sae will be conducted before Principal Magistrate Jim Seuika.
Sae is co-accused with Dudley Seko, Lee Teteo and Ben Tabugao who are still without legal representations.
All the accused are facing various charges of murder, conspiracy to murder, giving false information and in possession of fire arms.
The alleged incident occurred on May 18, this year where the accused men attacked the deceased.
Prosecution alleged the incident occurred following a disagreement between the two parties over land issues.
It was alleged that the accused, who were traveling in a vehicle, attacked the deceased who was walking along the road.
They then allegedly ran over them and left their bodies under the Palm trees and left.
Sae is being represented by Rano & Company Law firm while the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions is represents the State.
