Players currently in the national team training camp will boost the three TSL clubs and two provincial teams in the inaugural SIFF President’s Cup 2022 set to kick-off at Lawson Tama Stadium on Tuesday 1st February 2022 in Honiara.
This will give game time for the national players and the coaching staff to pick the final travelling team for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ OFC preliminary competition to be held in March this year in Qatar.
Players who have been registered with the top three TSL clubs will remain with their sides.
Raphael Lea’i has been slotted into TSL defending champions Central Coast FC attacking force while fellow Henderson Eels duo Adrain Mara, Leon Kofana, Isabel United captain David Supa and Real Kakamora’s Carlos Liomasia join Malaita Eagles.
KOSSA FC forwards Joses Nawo and Gagame Feni are reunited with Solomon Warriors.
Solomon Cup champions Western Tomoko is boosted by the inclusion of Jaygray Sipakana, Junior Pitua, Junior David and Prince Pue.
