THE country’s soon to be established commercial bank – The BRED bank has kicked off its recruitment drive to employ new staff.
In a public advertisement which had been made public, the bank is seeking qualified and qualified professional for a number of position which has now become available.
BRED bank has recently acquired a license to develop, open and operate a new commercial bank in Solomon Islands.
Therefore a branch is expected to be established in Honiara within the next 12 months.
BRED Bank is a subsidiary an internationally recognized global banking member of BRED Group with a firm local foothold in France.
It is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Groupe BPCE, the second largest banking group in France – a full serviced commercial bank holding market leadership positions across a number countries and regions across the world.
In the Pacific, it is a growing bank with branch representations including New Caledonia, Tahiti, Fiji and Vanuatu.
‘Necessary regulatory approvals are already in place. BRED Bank is on a path of a Pacific expansion plan, posed to further grow its Pacific network.
