Kilu’ufi hospital in Malaita province is set to unveil its newly completed dental clinic soon.
The new dental complex was made possible thanks to the Australian government.
This new complex is built next to the old dental building and have more working and waiting space for both the nurses and patients.
Director of Kilu’ufi hospital Dr Huddie Namo last week confirmed the new dental clinic has been completed and is now awaiting the official opening.
Not only that, there are few equipment that needs to be placed inside the new complex.
“With this new clinic we hope it will provide patient a comfortable waiting space and also give the nursing staff a good and comfortable working space,” he said.
He added the completion of the new complex is timely because the old building is small and has been used for so long and needs to be replaced.
