RENNELL and Bellona Province has a new provincial secretary.
He is Robin Niumoana.
The position has been left vacant for a year despite a new government coming into power late last year.
Renbel Provincial Premier Collin Singamoana Tesuatai confirmed the newly appointed provincial secretary and called on the people of Renbel province to work closely with him.
He acknowledged the Ministry of Provincial Government and the Ministry of Public Service for making the appointment.
“We can now be assured with the filling up of this post; all provincial issues that are current and are outstanding will be address accordingly,” he said.
The premier said it is one of the vital posts been left for a year vacant.
He also thanked the Ministry of Health for taking into account and put Dr William Hatignogno as the province’s Director of Health Service.
“Like the PS post, the provincial health has also been without a director for a year. We are grateful that this has been solved and sure health services in the province with its new head will be delivered accordingly,” he said.
