PROVINCIAL Secretary of Renbel Rubin Ngiumoana has denied quotes attributed to him in yesterday’s paper.
He said the quotes from the article which appeared on page 2 with the title “Premier is not biased” was not his actual words.
“I never mention those words that were attributed to me and I have no idea why the reporter cited the words against my name”, he said.
While he confirmed he had a conversation with the reporter via his mobile phone, he said the words that were cited in inverted commas against his name are not his actual words.
Mr Ngiumoana apologise to those who are affected and wishes to make it clear that he is innocent and will remain neutral as the provincial secretary of the province.
“I want to apologise to any of the executive members and any Renbel members who are affected by the article and I want to make it clear that the words cited against my name are not my actual words,” he said.
