A CONSTITUENT of Fataleka has praised his Member of Parliament stating that the current leader has out-shined his predecessors in transparency and accountability.
Constituent Namuel Olofisau is speaking about current Member of Parliament for Fataleka Honourable Rex Ramofafia.
Mr Olofisau said since coming into power, Mr Ramofafia was very transparent on how he shared the Constituency Development Fund (CDF).
“I, Namuel Olofisau on behalf of Fataleka constituents would like to appreciate you our Member of Parliament for your transparency.
“Thank you, Ramofafia, for having the heart for your people in Fataleka as shown in your actions since taking the leadership role as our MP,” Mr Olofisau said.
He said since Mr Ramofafia came into office, the people in Ata’a now have access to road which connected Fausasa to Ata’a.
“In the past people lost their lives along the road due to its poor condition.
“Now the road is much safer for people to travel,” the constituent said.
Not only that, but he said MP Ramofafia has been instrumental in supporting people with the housing scheme which benefited lots of rural dwellers in Fataleka.
He said the MP also supported the human resources of Fataleka by providing school fees and school building materials.
Additionally, he said the Fataleka MP is very helpful when it comes to assisting with dead bodies of fellow Fataleka people who died in Honiara to reach their respective burial sites back home.
Unlike previous MPs, he said Mr Ramofafia also supported clinics in Fataleka with drugs when needed.
Moreover, he said MP Ramofafia is an approachable MP who have time for his people and always support religious activities in Fataleka.
“MP Ramofafia since taking office has not disappointed the people of Fataleka in parliament as he always involved in discussions and debates.
“With that, I thanked MP Ramofafia and the Fataleka Constituency office-bearers for working together with the MP as a team in delivering the much needed service and development in Fataleka,” Mr Olofisau said.
