Honiara Football Association has issued an open invitation to all interested individuals from HFA clubs, schools and general public to attend a 3-5 days referee workshop that has been organised from 1st to 5th August 2016 at the SIFF Conference room from 4.30pm to 7.00pm each day.
In a statement yesterday HFA said they are looking specifically for 15 young and energetic women participants and 15 young strong men participants who have not attended any referee courses yet.
“HFA wish to train additional referees who can assist with its upcoming league competitions such as the Solrice sponsored senior women league, under 16 women league as well as the 2016 school league.”
The workshop will be administered and delivered by the SIFF Referees Development Department and sponsored by the SIFF women’s football development department.
Those who are interested to please register your names with either Jovita or Diane Justus at the SIFF Office latest by Saturday 30th July 2016.
Please take note that registration of participants will be done on “first come first serve basis”.
