THE Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Labour and Immigration has now reopened its passport payment and enrolment service after closing it recently due to the unavailability of passport books.
In a statement this week, the Ministry said the passport payment and enrolment service close notice has been lifted as of Monday this week.
Those seeking to get new passports or renew their passports can now pay the respective fees at the Ministry of Finance and Treasury and submit their application forms for enrolment at the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Labour and Immigration.
The lodgement of new passport application was also open on Monday 22nd January.
Solomon Star was informed that passport books will arrive at the end of this month.
