The case of two loggers who allegedly stole logs outside of their concession area on Rennell, Renbell Province will return to court on July 20.
This is for Malaysians Kong Ching Kuok and Chan Cheemin to enter their pleas to the charge of criminal trespass and larceny of trees.
Police Prosecutor Elson Konle yesterday appeared without the file because they were locked out of their office since Tuesday due to the delay of paying up rental arrears.
Mr Konle said he had just received the files from investigators therefore will served disclosures to the defence counsel before the next court date.
The two accused persons who were working for the Supreme Resources Company Limited were charged after the Sumlimsum loggers accused them of trespassing into their concession area and stealing logs.
The Supreme Resources Company was engaged by Pacific Crest Enterprise Limited.
