PAN OCEANIC BANK (POB) Limited has received widespread salutation for introducing one of its new banking initiatives in Honiara, last week.
The bank last Tuesday announced the launch of Five (5) POB iZi Cash Outlets within and outside of Honiara, much to the delight of its customers in the country.
Solomon Star was being informed by those that are making use of the bank’s iZi Cash services that there have been some positive feedbacks coming from them so far.
“POB should be commended for bringing banking to the communities in the city through the opening of the five outlets.
“As the alternate option for ATM machines, POB has made life for its customers much easier,” the customers said.
In a statement from the bank last week, it was stated that POB has changed traditional banking through its Online Banking Application and now its iZi Cash Outlets.
“POB is expanding Nationwide with their iZi Cash Outlets, enabling all our people to have access to financial services.
“POB iZi Cash Outlets will provide the following services to customers:
1. Accept Deposits
2. Accept Withdrawals
3. Collect Potential Account Opening Forms.
4. Collect Potential Loan Application Forms.
5. Collect Collateral/ Pledge Documents.
6. Function as both Customer/ iZi Cash Representatives.
It was understood that, POB launched its iZi Cash outlets at iTech (Point Cruz), Didao Service Station (Kukum), Nautilus Arts & Crafts Store (NPF Plaza), SA Holdings and Road Haus Canteen, Tamboko providing a new feel to banking.
