Dear Editor – I’d like to say something on the Royal Solomon islands Police Force (RSIPF) and the street vendors.
RSIPF can you leave the cleaning up of the streets to the Honiara City police and you look at the traffic jam and other major social problems in the city?
I suppose the City Council police are capable of handling the street vendors even up to having the bylaw breaks prosecuted.
Just tell us what areas are they lacking so that they require RSIPF’s assistance?
It is just duplication of duty as far as I am concerned. What do you think?
