The Malaita Provincial Premier Daniel Suidani has thanked the Fataleka Housing Scheme for responding positively to a request for a clinic staff house in Ward 5 in West Fataleka, Malaita Province.
Speaking to the Solomon Star Auki, during a brief handing over ceremony in Ward 5 over the weekend, Premier Suidan thanked the Member of Parliament (MP) for Fataleka Rex Ramofafia for the donation of building materials, which will house a new staff house for Ward 5 clinic, which is now under construction.
Premier Suidani said the tenderhearted gesture from the Fataleka MP and his team towards the request of the clinic committee for a staff house is commended where he said working together in persuading life-changing projects for the people of Fataleka is paramount and timely.
The building materials donated is for one staff house, which is expected to be completed together with the clinic project.
Fataleka Constituency Project Officer Severinao Maegwali handed over the materials to the Premier Suidani and Ward 5 Clinic Committee Chairman Benedict Rainao over the weekend in West Fataleka.
Speaking during the handing over ceremony CPO Maegwali said the constituency is happy to be part of the clinic development where he said they will assist whenever possible.
The Ward 5 clinic project is the second life-changing project initiated by Premier Suidani within a period of two years for West Fataleka.
The first project was the Taeloa Market project which was completed and officially launched last year 2020.
