Prosecution will be sorting out the charges against the two men accused of conspiring to breach an court order at a logging camp in East Areare, Malaita last year.
Houakau Aihunu, 58 and Elvis Raetora, 57 are facing one count each of conspiracy to defeat justice and interferences with witnesses.
This was in relation to some land issues and civil matters involving a land on which a logging company was operating on at Tarihehenu, Horonamai land.
Prosecution alleged the two men despite an ex parte interim order refused to remove a road block they allegedly set up at the logging camp site.
The alleged incident occurred in November last year.
Prosecution on the last occasion has informed court they have just received the file from investigators.
Police Prosecutor Iete Tebakota yesterday said prosecution will be sorting out the charges against the two accused first.
Magistrate Augustine Aulanga therefore adjourned the matter to March 4 and extended bail for both accused.
The two accused will represent themselves in court.
