DALGRO Company is set to start the massive road repair work in Malaita’s capital, Auki.
Malaita premier Peter Ramohia said his government wanted to ensure quality work is done.
Dalgro which is the company fully equipped for road works has been selected to carry out the repair work.
“We hope Dalgro will do quality work on the roads,” Mr Ramohia said.
He said because of the non-stop rain in Malaita, the roads should be mended considering the weather.
Roads in the township are in their worst states including main feeder roads.
